How to Submit

Follow these steps to submit your paper for AITEC'26

Step 1: Paper Preparation

Prepare your manuscript in English, following Springer’s LNCS/LNAI style. Maximum length: 13 pages. Ensure your work is original and not submitted elsewhere.

Step 2: Paper Submission

Submit your paper as a single PDF file via EasyChair. Include author information, affiliations, and ensure proper formatting.

Step 3: Review Process

Submissions undergo a rigorous two-stage review: first by the International Program Committee, then by the Meta-review Board. Only personally presented papers are eligible for awards and journal publication consideration.

Step 4: Avoid Plagiarism

Ensure all content is original. Avoid self-plagiarism. Follow ethical writing guidelines, such as those by Miguel Roig, and check using iThenticate.

Step 5: No AI-Generated Text

Papers containing text generated by artificial intelligence are strictly prohibited. Reviewers will verify that submissions are fully human-authored.

Step 6: Registration & Presentation

All accepted papers must be presented by an author registered for the conference. Only personally presented papers are eligible for Best Paper awards and journal expansion.
